1. Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a download has been initiated.
2. Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions: Full refund within 7 days of initial charge if user has streamed less than 30 minutes.
- Annual subscriptions: Prorated refund if cancelled within 30 days.
- Users may cancel anytime through account dashboard.
